El Paso Electric Company (EPE) is proposing the construction of a new 115 kV electric transmission line in El Paso County, Texas from Tornillo Substation to Wicked Substation (the “Project”).

The Tornillo to Wicked 115kV Transmission Line project study area is located in southeastern El Paso County and western Hudspeth County. The Tornillo Substation will be located north of the intersection of Interstate Highway 10 (IH-10) and the El Paso/Hudspeth County line. The Wicked Substation is located at 4000 Grand Mesa Dr., Fabens, Texas.
